Manager, Products & Solutions – Agent Pay & Tokenized eCommerce

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a commercially driven Specialist Sales Manager to lead the go‑to‑market, client engagement and commercialization of Agent Pay and tokenized eCommerce solutions in China. You will champion AI‑powered and tokenization‑based payment capabilities, helping clients adopt secure, seamless checkout experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end solution sales of Agent Pay and tokenized eCommerce offerings, driving revenue, transaction volume and client adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor, delivering pitches, workshops and solution demos to key stakeholders.
• Promote Secure Card‑on‑File and network tokenization, embedding tokenization into checkout and recurring payments.
• Translate AI and agentic commerce concepts into concrete business opportunities.
• Build partnerships with banks, merchants and fintechs to expand the ecosystem.
• Manage pipeline, negotiate and close deals.
• Provide market feedback and strategic insights to product teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of product management or sales experience in payments, fintech or digital commerce.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, especially Generative AI, Large Language Models, AI agents and automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of payment technologies such as tokenization, digital wallets and card/account‑based payment flows.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional and international teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
