职位概况
负责Alcon在中国医院渠道的关键客户管理，推动大型项目的销售，维护与政府采购的合作关系。
主要职责
- 开发并维护医院医疗体系客户，推进大型项目的落地。
- 与医院及政府采购部门进行沟通谈判，确保业务顺利进行。
- 管理经销商，独立开展渠道业务。
- 根据市场需求制定销售策略，完成业绩指标。
任职要求
- 有医院医疗体系客户大型项目销售成功经验和客户资源。
- 沟通、谈判、协作能力强，熟悉医院及政府采购业务流程。
- 良好团队合作精神与应变能力，优秀口头表达和文案能力。
- 客户服务意识强，抗压能力佳，能适应出差，自驱力强。
- 有经销商管理经验，能独立开展业务。
必备技能
- 熟悉医院渠道及政府采购流程。
