Associate Analyst – Account Management (Launch Graduate Program 2027)

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Launch Graduate Program as an Associate Analyst in Account Management. Over an 18‑month period you will work on a business unit in Shanghai, supporting senior Account Managers while gaining cross‑functional experience in the payments industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers with routine business processes and documentation.
• Create contract materials, agreement drafts, and presentation decks under guidance.
• Support the execution of initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Help track team activities, performance metrics, and market developments.
• Conduct internal data research and analysis for key accounts on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Prepare documentation for contracts and customer review materials.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or accelerated master’s program, graduating between Dec 2026 – Jul 2027.
• Available to start on 19 July 2027 and does not require visa sponsorship for China.
• Highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and a strong team player.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities, with a customer‑focused mindset.
