Litigation and Rights Protection Legal Specialist

About the role

The company is expanding its short‑form drama business internationally and needs a legal professional to safeguard its copyright assets. You will act as the primary point of contact for rights‑protection requests, manage infringement issues, and lead litigation efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the overseas short‑form drama business model and respond quickly to copyright registration and rights‑protection demands from internal teams.
• Monitor infringement, deploy protection tools, collect evidence, and file takedown complaints.
• Manage full‑cycle copyright litigation, either independently or with external counsel, including evidence organization, legal drafting, and strategy formulation.
• Research platform rules, copyright policies, and relevant legal cases to improve protection processes and tools.
• Review and summarize complaints and litigation cases, continuously optimizing the company’s rights‑protection workflow.
• Perform any additional legal tasks assigned by the department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law with a Legal Professional Qualification Certificate; overseas legal qualifications are a plus.
• 1‑3 years of experience in litigation and rights protection, preferably with exposure to copyright registration, complaints, and litigation.
• Strong English reading and writing ability for professional communication.
• Interest in short‑form drama copyright issues and experience in internet‑related international business or litigation is advantageous.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
