Leadership & Talent Management Internship

About the role

This internship offers university students the chance to support Airbus China’s HR team in designing and implementing HR standards, policies, and tools. You will work on real‑world projects that help ensure compliance and improve HR service delivery across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, rollout and continuous improvement of HR standard solutions, including policies, processes and tools.
• Monitor the performance and effectiveness of implemented HR standards.
• Provide consultative support on complex HR cases that require specialised expertise.
• Analyse the impact of relevant legislation and regulations on day‑to‑day HR operations.
• Identify potential compliance risks and promote integrity‑focused practices.

Required profile

• Current university student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Interest in HR compliance, policy development and talent management.

Required skills

• Understanding of HR policies, processes and compliance concepts.
