负责门店日常运营，带领团队提供差异化的顾客体验，确保开闭店流程顺畅。
主要职责
- 培训与发展团队成员，提升服务水平。
- 监督店铺陈列、销售区域，确保形象达标。
- 管理客户体验，处理顾客需求与投诉。
- 执行资产保护政策，控制损耗。
- 落实门店开店、闭店及日常运营流程。
