职位概况
在成都万象城的A&F门店担任服装导购/品牌代表，提供热情专业的顾客服务，维护店铺形象，支持线上线下销售。
主要职责
- 为顾客提供热情、周到的导购服务，主动了解需求并提供商品推荐与搭配建议。
- 协助商品补货、折叠、挂放、按尺码整理，保持卖场整洁有序、陈列美观。
- 负责收银台操作，准确处理购买、退换货等事务。
- 处理线上订单的缺货订购、门店自提、包装发货等工作，确保全渠道购物体验顺畅。
任职要求
- 乐于与顾客交流，具备良好的服务意识。
- 能够维护店铺整洁，细致认真。
- 具备基本的收银操作能力。
必备技能
- 良好的沟通与表达能力。
- 基本的收银系统操作。
