About the role

Based on deep product and application knowledge of power semiconductors, the Key Account Sales professional will drive B2B business development of Bosch SiC bare die, discrete devices and power modules across non‑automotive industrial markets such as energy storage, solar, AI data‑center, solid‑state transformer, off‑highway equipment and eVTOL.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage full‑lifecycle cooperation with key customers, including regular visits, demand capture, commercial negotiation, quotation, contract finalisation and mass‑production delivery.
  • Collaborate with FAE and product teams to drive product design‑in, provide pre‑sales technical support and qualify projects at the customer site.
  • Gather critical application requirements and market pain points, feed insights to local and global management to optimise product portfolio and roadmap, focusing on high‑growth AIDC and SST tracks.
  • Collect industrial market intelligence, monitor competitor roadmaps, pricing strategies and industry trends, and produce analysis reports to identify emerging business opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned annual sales and collection targets and prepare key‑customer business forecasts and account plans.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics or a related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum three years of professional sales experience in the power semiconductor industry with established key‑account relationships in ESS, solar, AIDC, SST or off‑highway sectors.
  • Strong technical expertise in SiC semiconductor products (bare die, discrete components, power modules) and ability to translate system‑level requirements into product specifications.
  • Excellent written and spoken English for daily communication with global cross‑functional teams.
  • High self‑motivation, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently while aligning closely with China and global Bosch teams.
