Customer Operations & Inside Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised, customer‑focused Inside Sales Representative to serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned customers and distribution partners. You will own the end‑to‑end customer relationship across the Lead‑to‑Order process, driving customer intimacy and supporting commercial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships in partnership with field sales, focusing on procurement and planning contacts.
• Provide back‑office support for design registration, pricing/quote requests and documentation.
• Manage order execution, escalations and exceptions, acting as the customer‑facing point of accountability.
• Coordinate sample requests, new product introductions and collect demand signals for sales forecasting.
• Maintain accurate design registration and opportunity data in the CRM system and ensure correct distributor margins.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally on contracts, pricing, compliance and prepare sales reports and account summaries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in customer operations, inside sales or sales operations within semiconductor, electronics or high‑tech environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and highly organised.
• Fluency in English and the local language of the region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP tools.
