Key Account Manager – Tmall Cross Border

About the role

The Key Account Manager – Tmall Cross Border is responsible for driving business performance on the Tmall Global platform. You will work closely with distributors, platform teams and internal functions to grow sales, optimise commercial spend and raise brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business plans to meet revenue, shipment, depletion and profitability targets for Tmall Cross Border.
• Manage distributor performance, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and growth priorities.
• Monitor channel KPIs, identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with Tmall Global platform teams, distributor partners and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with platform category and marketing teams to secure visibility and participation in key initiatives.
• Track platform policy changes, category developments and competitive activity.
• Develop annual promotional calendars and lead execution of major shopping festivals (e.g., Double 11, 618, Super Brand Day).
• Manage sales forecasting, inventory planning and promotional investment to maximise ROI.
• Analyse sales performance, consumer behaviour, traffic and conversion trends to provide business insights.
