职位概况
负责企业级AI战略制定与落地，抽象制造、供应链等业务痛点为AI解决方案架构，推动前沿AI技术在公司内部的实践与复用。
主要职责
- 参与企业级AI战略的制定及落地。
- 将制造、供应链、职能等场景痛点抽象为AI解决方案架构。
- 全流程实践大模型选型、微调（SFT/LoRA）、部署与推理优化。
- 推动RAG、Agent、多模态等技术的最佳实践沉淀与复用。
- 跟踪前沿AI技术（AIGC、AI Agent、具身智能等），评估业务落地价值。
任职要求
- 计算机/软件工程/人工智能/数据科学等相关专业硕士及以上学历。
- 精通Python，熟练使用PyTorch、TensorFlow、HuggingFace等主流框架。
- 扎实的机器学习/深度学习基础，深入理解Transformer/Attention机制。
- 熟悉大模型微调（SFT/LoRA/RLHF）、Prompt Engineering、RAG、Agent核心技术栈。
- 了解MLOps/DevOps/CI/CD，具备模型工程化部署能力。
- 英语流利（CET-6或同等），可进行跨文化协作。
