职位概况
我们在上海招聘校园ETAS岗位，面向2026届本科及以上毕业生，主要从事嵌入式系统与AI大模型相关开发工作。
任职要求
- 2026届本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息、人工智能、自动化等相关专业，基础扎实。
- 熟练掌握C/C++/Python任意两种编程语言，了解嵌入式系统基本原理、编译链接流程、开发调试逻辑。
- 熟悉大模型应用开发基础，了解LangChain、LLaMA Factory等主流Agent开发框架，掌握RAG、Prompt优化、工具调用等核心技术者优先。
- 具备良好的算法思维和逻辑拆解能力，有代码生成、智能问答、自动化工作流、AI工具落地相关项目经验者优先。
- 热爱技术，主动关注AI+嵌入式工具链前沿方向，具备较强的问题排查能力和自主学习能力。
- 沟通协作良好，有团队项目、竞赛、实习、开源项目经验者优先。
