Job description
职位概况
负责上海及苏州办公室的IT日常支持，同时参与公司AI项目的落地与应用，兼顾技术支持与创新实践。
主要职责
- 提供PC、网络、会议设备等桌面支持（约70%）
- 处理Windows、Office 365、账号权限、网络等用户故障
- 管理IT资产、设备维护及新员工入离职IT准备
- 协助IT基础设施运维、供应商协调
- 参与AI助手、知识库、自动化流程等AI项目（约30%）
- 搭建大模型应用、RAG知识库，支持AI与业务系统集成
- 推动AI在IT自助服务、HR招聘、销售支持等场景的应用
任职要求
- 大专或本科以上学历，计算机相关专业优先
- 2-5年IT桌面支持经验，熟悉Windows、Office 365、网络基础
- 熟悉Active Directory账号管理与权限配置
- 具备良好的服务意识，能够独立处理常见IT问题
- 对AI技术（如ChatGPT、Copilot、大模型）有实际使用经验者优先
- 良好的沟通能力、学习能力强，英语口语流利
