职位概况
负责博世集团在上海地区的内部销售工作，主要面向工业客户，推动订单获取与客户关系维护。
主要职责
- 处理指定客户群的日常销售事务，包括询价、需求确认、下单等。
- 识别客户复购需求，及时响应并协调售后服务，保持客户关系稳定。
- 跟进公司线上销售平台的商机，推动业务拓展与增长。
- 完成个人销售业绩目标。
- 管理库存及应收账款，实现成本控制目标。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备3年以上工业产品销售协调经验。
- 具备良好的商务沟通能力，能在压力下达成业绩目标。
- 稳重可靠，积极主动，具备团队合作精神。
- 有B2B内部销售、销售管理或工业客户账户管理经验，机械工程背景优先。
必备技能
- SAP系统操作经验。
