Indirect Procurement Intern

About the role

Identify, participate, and support S2P APAC indirect procurement mainly in data extraction and data analysis. Improve processes and reporting for sourcing, supplier lifecycle management, catalogue extension and payment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, participate, and support S2P APAC indirect procurement focusing on data extraction and analysis.
• Improve processes and reporting for sourcing, supplier lifecycle management, catalogue extension, and payment.
• Perform source‑to‑contract operational and tactical activities.
• Liaise and coordinate supplier lifecycle activities with the supplier lifecycle team.
• Coordinate with the analytical team for data extraction and analysis related to operational activities.
• Extract and analyze supplier and spend data for supplier data enrichment.
• Support catalogue improvement project activities in APAC.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Management, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer/Data Science or equivalent.
• Willing to learn, proactive and problem‑solving attitude.
• Prior procurement or supply‑chain internship experience is an advantage (not required).
• Enjoy working in a multicultural, team‑based environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Excel skills.
• Good PowerPoint skills (preferred).
