About the role

The Purchase to Pay Specialist supports routine P2P processes, ensuring compliance with internal directives, preventing errors and fraud, and validating transactions. Fluency in Thai is required as the working language.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate routine purchase‑to‑pay tasks within the assigned scope, following established guidelines and policies.
• Review and execute mid‑complexity assignments, adhering to quality standards and deadlines.
• Apply internal control procedures to safeguard against errors, fraud, and inefficiencies throughout the purchase and payment lifecycle.
• Oversee purchase orders and receipts, confirming accuracy and promptly addressing discrepancies.
• Resolve mid‑complexity issues or disputes related to purchases, deliveries, or payments, maintaining positive vendor relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 2 years of relevant professional experience in finance and accounting.
• Fluent in Thai with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and local accounting rules and internal control systems.
