职位概况
负责在平安银行哈尔滨分行为个人及对公客户办理账户、支付结算、理财等柜面业务，确保业务准确、及时、完整。
主要职责
- 学习并熟练掌握银行业务知识、业务流程，为客户办理柜面运营业务。
- 严格执行国家法规、监管政策及银行内部规章制度，具备风险防范能力，确保业务合规。
- 识别并满足外部客户需求，提供高效优质服务，维护银行品牌形象。
- 掌握柜面产品特性，主动挖掘客户需求，开展营销并配合厅堂团队完成营销工作。
- 为内部客户提供业务支持，配合业务条线开展上门服务与客户拓展活动。
任职要求
- 大学公办本科及以上学历。
- 2年或以上银行柜台工作经验。
