职位概况
HRBP（人力资源业务合作伙伴）负责对接业务部门，统筹招聘、人才梯队建设、员工关系及组织优化，推动公司文化落地。
主要职责
- 根据业务部门特性制定招聘策略，组织内部资源完成招聘目标。
- 协助业务部门搭建人员梯队，评估组织结构并提出优化建议。
- 建设员工沟通渠道，负责员工关系、用工合规及思想动态管理，促进上下沟通。
- 参与COE年度项目，如校招、应届生培训、人员盘点、绩效设计、内部激励及团队文化建设。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，理工科或人力资源相关专业优先。
- 具有人力资源两个以上模块工作经验，且必须有招聘经验。
- 有自动化、工控行业工作经历者优先。
