Office Manager – Executive Administration & Workplace

About the role

The Office Manager plays a critical role in delivering a seamless and welcoming office experience in Beijing. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will coordinate daily operations, support local leaders, and ensure the workplace is ready for great work, connection, and gathering.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the office is welcoming, organized, and operationally ready each day, serving as a visible presence for employees and visitors.
• Coordinate daily workplace operations, hospitality services, food programs, and office amenities, partnering with vendors and service providers.
• Provide calendar, meeting, and room‑scheduling support to the Country Manager and coordinate logistics for leadership visits and employee gatherings.
• Monitor office needs, track requests and operational issues, and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop positive relationships with employees, leaders, vendors, and cross‑functional partners, gathering feedback to enhance the office experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in office management, workplace experience, hospitality, events, administration or related fields.
• Strong organizational, project coordination and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese.
