职位概况
负责Data算法业务团队的人力资源合作伙伴工作，深度理解业务需求，推动HR战略在部门落地，提升组织运营效能。
主要职责
- 支持业务团队，承接业务战略并落实HR方案。
- 参与人员规划、招聘、绩效管理、员工关系等全链路工作。
- 关注一线动态，及时处理员工事务，维护团队氛围。
- 在公司变革中搭建制度、流程与体系，推动组织管理方法论创新。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上HRBP工作经验。
- 熟悉HR各模块，具备员工关系、绩效管理实操经验。
- 了解人力资源政策法规，具备优秀沟通协作能力。
- 英语可作为工作语言，具备数据能力者优先。

- 英语沟通能力
