职位概况
负责成都工厂的人力资源业务合作，提供专业HR咨询，支持业务战略，实现组织发展和高绩效文化。
主要职责
- 为管理层提供组织变革、能力建设、人才与领导力发展等HR建议。
- 负责招聘面试及协助用人部门完成选拔。
- 推动关键人才保留与发展，制定职业发展计划并落实入职培训。
- 管理薪酬体系，包括等级划分、薪酬审查、年度薪资调整。
- 处理员工关系事务，调查投诉与骚扰案件并提出处理方案。
- 推动绩效管理，组织年度绩效评审并将绩效与业务结果挂钩。
- 参与HR项目，满足业务需求。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历。
- 至少3年HR综合管理经验。
- 具备出色的组织、沟通与人际交往能力。
- 能够在压力下有效处理冲突。
- 熟悉HR相关法律法规及流程。
- 了解招聘、员工关系、绩效管理和培训原理。
- 英语听说写流利。
