职位概况
负责汽车装配在中东欧/南欧地区的商业及项目采购，管理供应商、制定品类策略并推动实施。
主要职责
- 开展供应商寻源、发布RFQ并授予项目，重点为半导体装配供应商。
- 制定并执行品类策略，确保供应安全。
- 主导年度价格谈判，推动持续降本。
- 与全球工厂关键利益相关方协作，保障供应链稳定。
任职要求
- 供应链、机械工程、材料科学、经济、市场或半导体相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 至少3年商品或项目采购经验，具半导体或电子背景者优先。
- 具备出色的谈判能力，能适应国内外出差。
- 良好的英文书面及口语能力，德语优先。
- 积极主动，能够在国际团队中合作。
