General Manager, Greater China Region

About the role

Lead AppsFlyer’s largest market in Asia, owning the full regional P&L, strategy, and market position. Drive growth by deepening key accounts, expanding outbound opportunities, and ensuring the platform meets Chinese marketers' needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, margin and budget against plan.
• Set multi‑year strategy, prioritize verticals and segments.
• Build and lead a regional leadership team across revenue, customer engagement, partnerships and marketing.
• Drive transformation toward an AI‑native organization.
• Maintain executive and board‑level relationships with top customers and negotiate strategic partnerships.
• Represent AppsFlyer publicly in China and own the product agenda for local market needs.
• Ensure regulatory, data and labour compliance in partnership with Legal, Finance and People.

Required profile

• 15+ years of commercial leadership, including 5+ years owning a country or regional P&L.
• Experience managing a $100M+ recurring‑revenue business and a multi‑function organization of 100+ people.
• Enterprise SaaS, adtech or martech background with full revenue ownership (acquisition and retention).
• Proven ability to lead structural change and develop top talent.
• Deep knowledge of the China market, regulatory environment and ecosystem relationships.
• Native Mandarin and business‑fluent English.
