About the role
The Analyst, Business Development will work on building high‑impact relationships with mobile game and app developers in Greater China, supporting growth in user acquisition and ad monetization.
Key responsibilities
- Interface, negotiate and develop partnerships with mobile game & app developers.
- Collaborate with developers to improve advertising performance and resolve account issues.
- Use data to guide strategy and become an expert in AppLovin products.
- Liaise with internal technical and operations teams for developer‑focused queries.
- Conduct competitive analysis and translate market insights into actionable plans.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years experience in account management, business development or sales in mobile advertising, gaming or related fields.
- Fluent in Chinese and English with strong client management, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Data‑driven, detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
