About the role
Join Airbus' final assembly line in Tianjin as a Flowline Intern, supporting daily production activities on the shop floor. This position offers hands‑on experience in industrial engineering concepts within a leading aerospace environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily production reporting and data collection on the flowline.
- Apply basic principles of takt time, 5S, and production scheduling to support operational efficiency.
- Conduct shop‑floor observations and support frontline teams in routine tasks.
- Identify potential compliance risks and contribute to integrity‑focused initiatives.
Required profile
- Current student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail.
Required skills
- Data processing and basic reporting capabilities.
