Floor Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Floor Supervisor to join our team at JEN Beijing by Shangri‑La. In this role you will oversee the daily housekeeping operations on the floor, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction while supporting a vibrant, on‑site community.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all housekeeping systems and procedures.
• Open and close shifts, guaranteeing smooth hand‑overs between teams.
• Coordinate with the Front Office to address guest requests and hotel requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas.
• Prepare and deliver shift reports to management.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of housekeeping experience in a hotel of comparable size and complexity.
• Previous supervisory or training experience within housekeeping.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to train team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
