Flight Test Support Intern

About the role

As a Flight Test Support Intern you will assist the Production Flight Test department at Airbus’ Tianjin Delivery Centre. You will help ensure that ground and flight test operations run smoothly by providing administrative, logistical and coordination support to crews, dispatchers and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support ACO1V in the execution of ground and flight test activities in China.
• Assist crews and dispatchers with logistics, infrastructure arrangement and daily coordination.
• Handle applications for foreign pilot licences and medical validations when required.
• Liaise with internal Airbus departments on operational matters and maintain aircraft documentation archives.
• Organise travel and transportation for internal and external supporters, including those from Europe.
• Order and manage office supplies, stationeries and crew meals.
• Facilitate internal and external communication to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• University degree (or in progress) in aeronautics, mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Very good command of English and strong communication abilities.
• Team‑player attitude with the capacity to work in a transnational environment and under pressure.

Required skills

• Basic programming skills.
