Job description

职位概况

负责公司整体财务管理，主导财务报告、审计、税务及资金运营，确保合规与效率。

主要职责

  • 编制并审核月度、季度、年度合并财务报告，保证准确、合规、及时。
  • 管理外部审计，协调集团审计、法定审计及内部控制审计。
  • 负责企业所得税、增值税、转移定价等税务合规申报与规划，识别风险并实施优化方案。
  • 与运营及IT部门合作完成存货会计及系统调整。
  • 审查并整合财务流程，推动标准化和效率提升。
  • 监控现金流，编制现金预测，提高资金使用效率。

任职要求

  • 会计相关专业学士学位。
  • 英语口语及书面表达流利。
  • 8-10年工作经验，具备四大事务所或跨国公司财务背景及团队管理经验，拥有注册会计师资格者优先。
  • 熟悉财务报告、总账（GL）及税务实务，能够独立管理全流程。
  • 具备强烈的责任感、细节意识及跨部门沟通协调能力。
  • 能够高效安排任务并合理分配时间。
