Director of Sales – Luxury Hotel Beijing

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead the sales function of China World Summit Wing, Beijing, a flagship luxury hotel in the heart of Beijing's CBD. You will drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and ensure the hotel’s sales strategy aligns with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve performance targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive commercial success.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Manage annual sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure effective use of all sales channels while complying with brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the hospitality sector, with leadership experience preferred.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial and analytical capabilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field preferred.
