Director of Revenue Management (Luxury Hotel)

About the role

The Langham Shenzhen is seeking a strategic Director of Revenue Management to drive commercial performance across the property. You will own the full revenue lifecycle, from demand forecasting and dynamic pricing to inventory and channel optimization, ensuring the hotel achieves its ADR, RevPAR and profit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings and align revenue plans with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
• Analyse market trends, competitive dynamics and real‑time data to set pricing and inventory strategies.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts and revenue models.
• Implement channel optimization and distribution strategies to maximize yield.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, adjusting tactics to meet targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue management within luxury hotels or high‑end hospitality.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance short‑term results and long‑term brand positioning.
• Excellent decision‑making skills backed by data and industry insight.
• Collaborative leader who can break down silos and drive cross‑functional alignment.

Required skills

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
