职位概况
该岗位负责通过优质服务和精准沟通提升客户满意度，处理服务质量及开票相关投诉，保障终端用户、工地和维保员工的安全。
主要职责
- 根据服务合同、时间限制、质量标准和当地法规落实服务。
- 协调维保员工在招修过程中的工作安排，确保招修真实性并降低成本。
- 执行工地检查和保养站检查，管理第三方检查及后续行动。
- 从安装到维护的交接，确保完成必要的纠正措施。
- 控制工地运营成本，包括免费物料、加班、报销、津贴等。
- 负责销售修理服务及收款，配合服务销售完成相应工作。
- 分配、编排维保技工工作，平衡工作量并监督绩效目标完成。
