职位概况
我们正在寻找具备深厚统计与机器学习背景的数据科学家，负责分析睡眠、运动、生理等时序健康数据，挖掘多源行为数据，为产品提供数据驱动的洞察。
主要职责
- 分析睡眠、运动、生理等时序健康数据，识别个体化模式与异常信号。
- 挖掘健康行为、设备、产品使用等多源数据，构建用户分群、行为预测、留存归因模型。
- 设计并执行 A/B 实验，评估功能迭代与策略变更的真实效果。
- 主动从数据中发现产品改进点，将直觉转化为可验证的假设。
- 与产品、研发、UI/UX、云平台团队协作，落地数据洞察。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，数学、统计、计算机科学或人工智能等相关专业。
- 3 年以上数据科学或数据分析工作经验。
- 扎实的统计学基础，熟练使用假设检验、回归分析、因果推断、实验设计等方法。
- 具备完整的数据建模经验，能够独立完成特征工程、模型训练与效果验证。
- 具备产品意识，能够从业务上下文出发发现问题和机会。
- 学习能力强，能快速适应新领域和新工具。
