Solution Consultant - China Clinical Operations

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Solution Consultant to join its Clinical Operations team in China. You will act as a product expert, partnering with sales and account teams to demonstrate how Veeva Vault Clinical Suite addresses customers' trial management challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with account partners to uncover business challenges, trial objectives, and regulatory needs.
• Design and deliver high‑impact demos, workshops, and conference‑room pilots showcasing Veeva Clinical Operations solutions.
• Lead technical aspects of the sales cycle, responding to RFPs and RFIs.
• Configure and maintain Veeva Vault demo environments with the latest features and workflows.
• Work with cross‑functional teams (Professional Services, Strategy, CSM) to ensure customer success and integrate market feedback.
• Support marketing and industry presence by creating content, recording product videos, and presenting at conferences and Veeva events.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Life Sciences Clinical Operations (e.g., CRA/CTA, Clinical IT Business Partner, or clinical software vendor).
• Hands‑on experience with digital clinical platforms and e‑Clinical solutions.
• 2+ years in software pre‑sales or training for life‑science clinical organizations.
• Strong understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle, GCP compliance, and site‑sponsor workflows.
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Willingness to travel 30‑40% within China.
