Senior AI Strategy Consultant (Life Sciences)

About the role

We are building a dedicated AI practice within Veeva’s China Business Consulting team. As a founding member you will help define and deploy next‑generation AI agents that transform commercial operations for life‑science companies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with pharma commercial leaders to identify high‑value AI use cases and translate business pain points into concrete AI scenarios.
• Lead AI implementation projects, acting as the bridge between technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure solutions address real business problems.
• Perform hands‑on prompt engineering, test context windows and refine system instructions to guarantee accurate and safe AI agent outputs.
• Provide product feedback by testing AI agents in real‑world settings and collaborating with Veeva’s global and China product teams on enhancements.
• Guide client teams through change management, building trust and driving adoption of AI agents across field and marketing functions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, CRM product management or technology solutioning with recent focus on generative AI.
• Strong conceptual understanding of large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation and AI agents.
• Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering and API‑based testing using tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
• Ability to grasp complex commercial and medical processes in the life‑sciences industry.
• Native Mandarin speaker with fluent English communication skills.
