Senior Consultant – Commercial Analytics

About the role

Veeva Systems is looking for a Senior Consultant/Consultant to help life‑science clients transform raw data into precise segmentation and targeting strategies. You will work with Veeva’s proprietary data products to enable dynamic, behavior‑based commercial analytics for healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Dynamic Segmentation & Targeting: Lead projects by integrating Veeva data assets, moving clients beyond static targeting to dynamic, behavior‑based segmentation.
• Leverage Veeva Data Suite to uncover actionable insights for commercial strategies.
• Data Strategy Consulting: Advise clients on cleaning, integrating, and governing commercial data to support AI‑driven decision‑making.
• Performance Analytics: Design dashboards and KPIs that measure the effectiveness of commercial strategies using real‑time data inputs.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in commercial analytics or data science within pharma/biotech.
• Deep expertise in segmentation & targeting, territory alignment, and incentive compensation in the China market.
• Hands‑on experience with Tableau or PowerBI and SQL; Python or R is a plus.
• Experience working with HCP master data and ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
