Cross Plant Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

This position coordinates material flows between eight Airbus plants, suppliers and back‑office teams to ensure production targets are met. The role acts as the primary supply‑chain focal point, managing stock, deliveries and return processes while supporting both SA and WB supply‑chain activities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the central liaison between plants, suppliers and back‑office locations in Toulouse and Hamburg.
• Monitor and record delivery status, guaranteeing timely receipt of materials for OW, NC and improvement projects.
• Manage hospital and free stock, organise regular drum‑beat meetings and handle return/scrap documentation.
• Provide master‑data inputs for material requests and own NC flow supply‑chain steps, including special processes such as cannibalisation and IR.
• Troubleshoot SAP logistics errors in collaboration with IM and HAM/TLS BO.
• Coordinate OSS interventions, maintain safety documentation and deliver related training.
• Support chemicals import, storage, FTZ compliance and MSDS management.
• Identify and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to meet operational targets.

Required profile

• Professional experience in supply‑chain or production planning within an industrial environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work across multiple sites and time zones.
• Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity and safety standards.
