About the role
Support CRM campaign execution and private domain operations while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies. This role involves managing communication calendars, developing content, tracking performance, and activating members on platforms such as WeCom and WeChat.
Key responsibilities
- Support CRM campaign execution, including communication calendar management, content development, campaign exposure and performance review.
- Assist in daily tracking and basic business performance analysis.
- Support private domain operations, including WeCom, WeChat content planning, and member activation activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure excellence in campaign execution.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
