Assistant Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

You will define the overall traffic acquisition strategy, drive robust implementation, and collaborate closely with sales and brand marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build a holistic view of traffic operations (free, paid, activation) for assigned platforms, set KPIs and forecast trends.
• Develop integrated media plans covering media mix, audience targeting, phasing, and creative paid ads.
• Oversee media agency daily operations and real‑time optimisation, integrating with ISVs for precise targeting to improve ROI.
• Deliver regular media performance analysis, track key KPIs and report on traffic acquisition and campaign results.
• Manage monthly budget allocation to maximise efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align traffic operations with CS targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, maths, statistics, economics or related fields (preferred).
• 5+ years proven experience in e‑commerce paid media management, traffic management and operation.
• Strong data‑analytic and storytelling abilities with a data‑driven attitude.
• Excellent communication, fast learning, adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
• Influence skills to lead media agencies and ensure robust implementation.
