Courier – On‑Road Pickup & Delivery

About the role

FedEx is looking for a reliable Courier to join its on‑road team. You will be responsible for picking up and delivering parcels, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring shipments reach their destinations safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Collect packages from designated locations and deliver them to customers on assigned routes.
• Handle parcels with care, verify shipment details, and obtain signatures when required.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups using company tools.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service during each interaction.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and complies with safety standards.

Required profile

• Secondary education or equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of professional driving experience.
• Ability to work independently and follow delivery schedules.

Required skills

• Valid motorbike driving licence (or appropriate licence for the vehicle used).
• Valid Light Goods Vehicle (LGV) licence, Medium Goods Vehicle (MGV) licence, or Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) licence where applicable.
