Commercial Analytics Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Analytics Analyst to transform data into actionable business insights that support data‑driven decision‑making across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations. You will design dashboards, analytical models and reporting solutions while enhancing data quality and business visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to uncover trends, opportunities, risks and insights.
• Develop and maintain business KPIs, analytical models, reports and interactive dashboards.
• Improve data quality, consistency and standardisation through data‑governance and process optimisation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into practical analytics, reporting and visualisation solutions.
• Utilise Tableau, FineBI, Power BI, SQL and other analytics platforms to deliver effective data solutions.
• Provide analytical support for business planning, performance reviews, forecasting and commercial initiatives.
• Promote data literacy and best practices through training, documentation and ongoing support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Data Analysis, Finance or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, financial analysis or similar analytical roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau, FineBI or Power BI; experience with Python, R, ETL or data‑governance is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, logical problem‑solving, attention to detail and ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English with excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross‑functional, multinational environment.
