Clinical Trial Psych Rater (Mandarin Speaking)

About the role

IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research services, is hiring a Clinical Trial Psych Rater (Mandarin speaking) for a remote, virtual position. The role sits within the Clinical Specialist function and ensures the integrity and reliability of clinical trial data by reviewing scales administered by raters and confirming standardized assessment practices. It is estimated to take 10 to 16 hours per month.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in all required orientation, training and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions, making sure all relevant documents and scale items are ready.
• Conduct live interactions with raters to give feedback and guidance on assessment methodology and scoring.
• Complete assigned tasks and rater interactions according to schedule.
• Submit all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Additional work may include helping with communication materials and documentation.

Required profile

• Master's degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing or Social Work (or equivalent); MD, DO or PhD preferred.
• At least 3 years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales and/or structured clinical interviews (MINI and MADRS).
• At least 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• At least 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials (excluding graduate/doctoral research).
• Experience in CNS trials preferred.
• Fluency in English and native-level Mandarin.

• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
