Clinical Trials Material Technician

About the role

Q2 Solutions, a clinical trial laboratory services organization, is hiring a Clinical Trials Material Technician in Beijing. The role involves assembling laboratory test kits that investigators use to collect data on clinical trial participants, following the ICH E6 Good Clinical Practice guideline.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble test kits with specimen collection materials according to the protocol
• Assemble investigator instruction manuals and flowcharts
• Package completed test kits, required documentation and ancillary materials such as return shipping materials and bulk supplies for shipment to investigators
• Prepare packages for shipping
• Notify the supervisor when supplies fall below required inventory levels to avoid delays in study start-up and resupply needs
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; one year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Attention to detail and good reading ability
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to build effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
