Clinical Project Manager / Senior Manager

About the role

iQVIA is looking for a Clinical Project Leader or Senior Clinical Project Leader to join its Research & Development operation business unit. The role acts as the accountable link between iQVIA functions and the customer, responsible for delivery and quality while maintaining financial control. It manages cross-functional teams across the global organization and is supported by domain experts and best-in-class technology and data analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global cross-functional project team delivery, accountable for milestones and quality of the contracted scope
• Serve as the primary contact with the customer for progress and governance
• Develop study management plans and ensure consistent use of study tools, training materials and compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures
• Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage study team assignments, accountability and resource requirements
• Ensure the study budget is managed proactively, including scope changes and accurate financial systems

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of prior project management experience and experience in clinical operations, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Previous CRO experience is ideal
• In-depth therapeutic knowledge in one of the listed areas: Internal Medicine, Central Nervous System, Gastroenterology, Immunology & Women's Health, Cardiovascular Renal Metabolic, Early Clinical Development or Oncology
