About the role

IQVIA, a global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services for the life sciences industry, is hiring a Consultant in China. The role delivers high-quality, on-time input to client projects, ranging from basic analysis and problem solving to helping develop more complex solutions. It may involve leading small teams or work streams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse client requirements or problems and help develop proposals and client solutions
• Help develop detailed documentation and specifications
• Perform quantitative or qualitative analyses to identify client issues and build client-specific solutions
• Design and complete presentations suited to the audience's needs
• Develop, and possibly present, complete client deliverables within agreed frameworks and methodologies
• Build knowledge of consulting methods and the life sciences market through engagements and learning opportunities

Engagement-based responsibilities are assigned and managed by Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers or Principals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues inside and across the organisation
• Knowledge of business processes, the marketplace, trade associations and key players
• Effective time management
