Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our customer base within the logistics sector. You will work closely with existing clients, acquire new business, and ensure timely account receivables while upholding our high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and manage tasks independently.
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers, updating their information regularly.
• Ensure company accounts receivable are collected within the prescribed period.
• Visit customers regularly to gather feedback, handle complaints, and improve service quality.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Passion for sales with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality, quick response, and strong expression ability.
• Familiarity with air and sea export/import operations and pricing.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Comfortable working under pressure and embracing challenges.
• University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development.
• Existing relationships with regular clients are a plus.
