Sales Associate – Luxury Retail (Chongqing)

About the role

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to represent its luxury brand at the Florentia outlet in Chongqing. You will be the front‑line ambassador, delivering a personalized shopping experience while meeting individual and store sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, following Coach’s Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social‑selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Perform daily operational tasks such as cash‑wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom while adhering to retail policies and asset‑protection procedures.
• Support inventory cycles, receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement.
• Collaborate with teammates, participate in brand initiatives, training, and inclusion activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.

Required skills

• POS operation (mobile and stationary).
• Basic computer proficiency on iPad/laptop.
• Walkie‑talkie usage.
• Social‑media savvy, including live‑stream shopping and short‑form video creation.
• Clienteling and data acquisition capabilities.
