Business Controller, pipeline

About the role

As a Business Controller within H&M Production, you will partner with managers across the supply chain to translate data‑driven insights into actionable goals. You will help shape seasonal strategies, ensure robust financial routines and support the team in delivering high‑quality, sustainable products.

Key responsibilities

• Drive seasonal strategy and methods for the supply chain, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain analytical tools and key performance indicators to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise processes and respond agilely to market changes.
• Monitor KPI performance and report progress to global stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Business Controller, Business Analyst or a similar role.
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sustainability or a related field.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to identify opportunities and risks through data analysis.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to influence and motivate teams.
