About the role
Teachanywhere is seeking an enthusiastic Business and Economics Teacher to join its international school in Shanghai. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons aligned with the UK curriculum and/or IB framework, while contributing to the vibrant school community.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess Business and Economics lessons for secondary students.
- Integrate ICT tools to enhance learning experiences.
- Participate actively in extracurricular activities and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of teaching experience, preferably in Business or Economics.
- Experience with UK curriculum and/or International Baccalaureate is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, sense of humour, and willingness to embrace change.
- Ability to work in a busy international school environment.
- Single teachers or teaching couples are encouraged to apply; applicants with no more than two dependents are welcome.
