Brand & Marketing Manager – Mainland China

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Brand & Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies for Mainland China. You will work closely with the head office and local teams to drive customer growth, enhance brand equity, and ensure a seamless journey across all communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand and marketing plans aligned with Emirates’ global strategy and local market priorities.
• Translate market insights and corporate objectives into clear briefs for integrated campaigns across paid, earned, shared, and owned media.
• Manage campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and performance monitoring.
• Serve as the primary liaison between country teams and regional marketing, balancing priorities and fostering collaboration.
• Analyse commercial data, research, and customer insights to guide tactical decisions and optimise brand performance.
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting positioning to local relevance.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in marketing or media communications.
• Proven ability to adapt regional strategies into effective local plans.
• Experience working in an international, matrix‑structured organisation.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret performance data and extract actionable insights.
