Performance Marketing Manager (China)

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and build a high‑octane acquisition engine for the Chinese market. You will drive paid search, SEO and native Chinese channels to generate measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Translate market knowledge into a clear channel roadmap, defining what to run, where, why and with target metrics.
• Own Paid Search in China: structure campaigns, select keywords, create landing pages, manage budgets, bidding strategy and reporting.
• Launch and optimise campaigns on Baidu, 360, Shenma, Toutiao/Bytedance, Tencent and other relevant Chinese ad ecosystems.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high‑converting ads and landing pages.
• Define and execute SEO strategy for China, including topic clusters, landing page plans and competitor gap analysis.
• Identify and scale acquisition through native channels such as Zhihu, WeChat ecosystem, Bilibili, forums, KOL/KOC collaborations and developer communities.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the China digital marketing ecosystem and proven track record scaling performance marketing in China.
• At least 3 years of experience marketing proxy, VPN, scraping, cybersecurity, developer tools or SaaS products.
• Fluent Mandarin and strong working proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to define KPIs, build reporting and make data‑driven decisions.
